Marvin Hinchey has more than 23 years of experience in land development engineering. This includes 9 years as an owner of a civil engineering based business in Culpeper. Mr. Hinchey has supervised all engineering related activities as well as project management. These responsibilities also extend to on-the-board design including site planning, grading plans, subdivision plans, erosion control plans, stormwater and stormwater management design, road design and water system design. Mr. Hinchey has experience in multiple jurisdictions including the counties of Culpeper, Orange, Madison, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Fauquier, Louisa, Rappahannock and the towns of Culpeper, Orange, Warrenton and Madison.
